#Top tip: I like to do this by reframing a phrase my inner critic likes to play on repeat. I take the critical phrase and ask what I would like to be saying to myself instead. Thats my affirmation. Everytime I notice my critical phrase I replace it with my positive affirmation.
Savor the Little Joys: Pause and savor life's small moments of joy—a blooming flower, a smile from a stranger, or a delicious bite of your favorite treat. Relishing these moments amplifies your sense of well-being.
#Top tip: In positive psychology we call this savoring and it we can do it in the moment or by recalling past joyful events.
